The grilled dishes nearby were a total hit! I also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the outdoor pool area, perfect for kicking back. The clean King Room was a sweet surprise too!
Roaches were literally dropping from the ceiling the moment we opened the door! Plus, the sketchy crowd outside made it feel dangerous. They need to sanitize the whole area before I think about returning.

My stay at Chateau Inn & Suites proved quite relaxing. The king room felt comfortable and clean, really appreciated the cozy bed. The air conditioning worked well, kept the room nice and cool. The outdoor pool area was a great spot to chill, easy to unwind there. On the downside, parking presented a bit of a challenge. it was inconvenient due to limited spaces. Wifi had issues, couldn't connect for most of my stay. A few updates around the property could improve the overall feel and cleanliness in some areas, especially the common ones. Staff were friendly but could improve on the overall maintenance.

would love to stay here again
The king room was clean, with air conditioning and a private bathroom that had a shower. Free toiletries were provided and the closet was spacious. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool which was nice for relaxing. The furniture looked a bit dated but it was comfortable overall. No complaints about the service either.

We had a nice stay and really enjoyed the pool during the day and the hot tub in the evening. The place was cozy, though the hallway could use some upgrades. If you're looking for a low-key getaway, this spot is worth considering! 😊

The pool was a refreshing highlight, and the room was cozy with ample hot water. However, I couldn't overlook the unsanitary conditions, including a worn-out shower and persistent odor. The customer service wasn’t really helpful when I voiced my concerns. Avoiding this place might be wise.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel fell short of expectations.

missingWrote a review on Jul 06fooddirty carpetnon-functioning fixturesunsafe parking
The experience started poorly with a parking situation that's messy and unlit, making it hard to find a spot safely. the carpet was filthy and the air conditioning barely worked. The worst part was the total lack of running water for the sink and shower, forcing a desperate search for a better place to stay. The only positive moment was finding a taco place nearby, which was a far cry from the overall disaster of the stay.

great parks and attractions for city strolls nearby
I really appreciated the close proximity to both the columbia memorial space center and veterans memorial park, making it easy to enjoy some lovely walks in the area, and i got to explore the vibrant local art scene at the downey museum of art, all within a short drive from the hotel. perfect for someone who loves hitting the city on foot like me, although the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired.
